It is our pleasure to announce that Prof. Isao Koshima (Japan) and Prof. Zengtao Wang (China) created a new international association for microsurgery named “International Course on Super Microsurgery (ICSM)”. The purpose of ICSM is to explore new frontiers of microsurgery, which can be summarized in 3 aspects: super-tiny, super-challenging, and super-novel microsurgery cases. The first meeting will be held on October 26-28 in Jinan, China. We have invited some of the best international microsurgeons in different specialties to share their experiences on this meeting. Some Chinese microsurgeons will present their best cases as well mainly for the extremities reconstruction.

We sincerely welcome microsurgeons from all over the world to attend this fantastic meeting and join ICSM with us. All the attenders are free for registration.

國際超級顯微外科學會（ICSM）是由世界重建顯微外科學會（WSRM）理事長Isao Koshima 教授與山東省立醫院手足外科王增濤教授聯合發起並註冊成立。超級顯微外科（super microsurgery）是由 Koshima 教授首先提出的一種想法與概念，他指出超級顯微外科是一個開放的概念，即在傳統顯微外科基礎上的發展與提高。王增濤教授將其歸納為三個方面：超級細小、超級疑難、超級新奇。國際超級顯微外科學會也將主要在這三個方面進行學術研究探討，以促進顯微外科的進一步發展。

Koshima 教授預定在王增濤教授舉辦『第十二屆顯微外科解剖與臨床高級研修班』期間專程來濟南討論學會的發展事宜，並於2017年10月27-28日在濟南召開第一次國際超級顯微外科論壇。Koshima 教授身為國際超級顯微外科學會（ICSM）的理事長，將在本次會議回顧與展望超級顯微外科的發展，此外多位國際最著名的超級顯微外科專家將與會做精彩學術報告。會議分為三個主題：超級細小、超級疑難、超級新奇，歡迎顯微外科同道踴躍註冊並投稿。會議期間還將進行 ICSM 的組織架構選舉。
